I’m Zach Martin, a Functional Strength Trainer at The Gym MPLS. I focus on Mobility, Calisthenics, Corrective Exercise, and overall Physical Conditioning. I love to work with people of any fitness level; anyone who wants to increase their mobility, feel better, and is motivated to make a change.
I love to golf, go to sporting events, and work out! I like that there are endless possibilities to fitness. I enjoy the challenge of giving people a customized workout that is designed for their current fitness levels. It’s great that you can be very creative with what you want to achieve.
